The Gidrosnab company has its own production area - over 3,000 sq.m. With the commissioning of a new production building with a total area of about 4,000 sq.m, the production area of the enterprise will more than double. The company's warehouse is located in a new building with a total area of about 1,000 sq.m. with modern warehouse equipment. In 2024, it is planned to increase the area of the warehouse complex through the construction of another building.

Novosibirsk Machine-Building Plant

One of the main activities of the enterprise is the production of equipment for the repair and maintenance of quarry and road construction equipment; industrial hydraulic tools and small-scale mechanization equipment. The company influences the development of a complete industrial infrastructure, which includes a full cycle of solution development and subsequent technical support for companies and industries.

To carry out the full production cycle, the enterprise has a fleet of modern machines and equipment - including CNC - Russian and foreign production for turning, milling, boring, drilling, metal-cutting work, welding stations of the American company Lincoln Electric, hydraulic presses of its own production, modern electric and pneumatic locksmith tools, etc.

Production of high pressure hoses

The company produces hose hoses according to catalog numbers and individual drawings or sketches of the customer. The hose hose workshop is equipped with cutting, debarking, crimping, blowing machines and a stand for dynamic testing of finished hose hoses from Techmaflex. In the production of high-pressure hoses we use rubber from the Manuli and Hydros brands.

We have at our disposal a complete list of high-pressure hose catalog numbers, which allows us to produce high-pressure hoses for imported special equipment in the shortest possible time. Manufactured hoses comply with European standards EN853 and EN856 and have certificates of compliance with Russian GOSTs 6286 and 25452. The warehouse always maintains a wide range of components, which allows you to complete your order in the shortest possible time.

Production of fittings and components

The Gidrosnab company carries out a full cycle of manufacturing fittings and other components for the production of high-pressure hoses - from the “blank” to laser marking and final packaging. These products fully comply with the requirements of international standards in terms of quality and technical parameters and often exceed them. In addition to serial production of fittings, our company is ready to manufacture components and connections for you according to individual drawings or sketches.

The technical capabilities of the enterprise for the production of fittings are represented by a fleet of modern CNC lathes of domestic and European production with a high processing frequency, a fitting bending stand up to 135° using the cold rolling method, and a laser marking stand.

Galvanizing shop

The final protective coating on fittings, components for hose hoses and other metal products is applied on a fully automated galvanization line in a new workshop with an area of 670 sq.m. Automation of production minimizes the possibility of defects in the operation of the line (there is no “human factor”).

The uniqueness of this production line is the possibility of simultaneously applying galvanic coating to the outer and inner surfaces of pipe-type products due to the introduced anode. The work uses technologies that make it possible to eliminate harmful waste - when applying galvanic coatings, solid waste is generated, which is disposed of without harming the environment.
